We initially began with the intentions of helping to solve the frustrations of providing and receiving timely quality care by specialists. With referral delays, encumbered emergency rooms and urgent cares, and a lack of communications, both our colleagues and patients began to grow more discontent. Our initial goal of reinventing curbside consultation resulted in development of our platform with top specialists. We developed a team approach for better care.

Founders

Anil Sharma, MD, MBA

Dr. Sharma has over 15 years of clinical and research experience.  He has board certification in Psychiatry and Neurology and he is a Clinical Pharmacologist by training.  he currently has a clinical faculty appointment at UCLA School of Medicine. He is the CEO and Medical Director of a clinical research organization and has been CEO of an independent IRB for over 8 years. He has been running a successful group of psychiatric practice in southern CA, which specializes in consultation and telehealth.

Puneet Dhawan, MD

Dr Dhawan is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at UCLA School of Medicine and the Assistant Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He completed his General Surgery Residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and University of Texas at San Antonio. He did his Cardiothoracic Surgery Residency at Loma Linda University. He is certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Dr Dhawan believes in providing the best patient centered care.
